Climcycle Solutions GmbH is a rapidly growing Austrian technology company focusing on ESG, climate risks, and banking regulation. Our software solutions help banks implement regulatory ESG requirements efficiently, digitally, and in a scalable way.

Climcycle is already in productive use at a large number of Austrian banks and is currently expanding internationally.

Project „Climate Risks Financial Impacts“

Climcycle Solutions GmbH is developing an innovative software platform for the quantitative assessment of the financial impact of climate risks in the banking sector. The aim is to develop models that meet regulatory requirements and scalable software solutions for integrating physical and transitory climate risks into banks’ existing risk categories.

The project combines research, modelling, data science, AI and modern software development.

We are looking for several highly qualified staff members to join our team in Vienna.

Your responsibility

  • Koordination von Pilotprojekten in Zentral- und Südamerika (remote)
  • Selbstständige Kommunikation mit den KundInnen
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Übersetzung von Dokumenten in spanische Sprache

Your profile

  • A degree (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Experience with Python, modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and
    the Pangeo Stack (Xarray, Dask, NetCDF)
  • Experience with data modelling, machine learning or generative AI
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • An interest in ESG, banking regulation or
    climate risks would be an advantage
  • Experience with cloud or SaaS architectures would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of German or English (at least C1) and a good command of Spanish (at least B2)
