Climcycle Solutions GmbH is a rapidly growing Austrian technology company specialising in ESG, climate risks and banking regulation. Our software solutions help banks to implement regulatory ESG requirements efficiently, digitally and at scale.

Climcycle is already in live use at the majority of Austrian banks and is currently expanding internationally.

Start your career at Climcycle

Your responsibility

  • General development of the Climcycle software: implementing new features as well as improving existing ones
  • Designing and technically implementing ESG regulatory requirements (EU Taxonomy Regulation and CRR/Pillar III)
  • In-depth engagement with relevant legal texts (e.g. Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2178, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637)
  • Coordinating with clients and handling support requests on technical and subject-matter questions
  • Quality assurance
  • Carrying out and supporting projects, such as assisting with the creation of disclosure templates or improving ESG KPIs
  • Relevant technologies and tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Python, R

Your profile

  • Solid programming skills, at least in Python
  • Affinity for data, comfortable working with Excel and CSV files
  • Completed or advanced studies in economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
  • Ability to work in a team, combined with an independent, goal-oriented way of working
  • Plus: experience in the financial sector
  • Plus: experience with ESG regulation in finance (specifically EU Taxonomy, CRR)
  • Plus: experience in software development, SCRUM
