Accurately identifying and managing climate risks
Our software analyses Physical Climate Risks such as heat, flooding, or hail with address-specific accuracy over the lifetime of an asset.
We use the IPCC’s official RCP climate scenarios to model future risk developments—from extreme temperatures to heavy rainfall risks. The time horizon for the climate risk analysis can be set individually for each asset, up to the year 2100.
