European Security and Market Authority (ESMA) considers previous EU taxonomy publications inadequate

Based on the findings on the quality of the disclosed EU taxonomy information for the reporting year 2022, ESMA instructs publishing institutions to use "the most recent templates without any adaptation or amendment in accordance with the Delegated Act referred to in Article 8". The European Securities and Markets Authority also emphasizes that the description of CapEx plans is largely inadequate. There is room for improvement here in the 2023 reporting year.
